Mineral Festival – Oisans 2026

For a fun and cultural outing on the May 1st weekend, the Mineral Festival takes over Bourg d'Oisans for three days of festive activities around the "Largest Alpine Mineral Show". A world of enthusiasts and a universe of discoveries bringing together crystal collectors from Oisans and Mont Blanc, minerals from France and around the world, designer jewelry (special Mother's Day items), wellness stones and jewelry, prestigious displays of private collections, exhibitions of posters and miners' tools, a writers' kiosk and workshops for everyone (gem cutting, jewelry making, photography, gold panning, a treasure hunt for La Gardette crystals...).
Free activities in the city centre complement the event: scientific and historical conferences (Cinema Les Écrins), wellness workshops and conferences, festive parade on Saturday at 12pm (miners' parade and Mother's Day parade with models adorned with designer jewelry).
The festivities continue on Saturday evening at the Cinéma des Écrins with the Mineral Festival and the screening of films about the mountains, minerals and nature.
This program is non-contractual and subject to change.
