AUBAGNE - The Prehistoric Expo

For this 5th edition of the Mineral Show, the organizer is pleased to host the Prehistoric Exhibition.

This 700 m² exhibition traces the evolution of our ancestors and represents the extinct giants.

You will find all the busts of the evolution of Man: from Australopithecus to Homo Sapiens via Neanderthal Man.

A space dedicated to fire control and housing, including a hut, will be on display.

You can also find a prehistoric hunting scene with the Woolly Rhinoceros!

The giants that populated our Earth at that time will be extensively represented with many life-size specimens.

Like the Mammoth, which will be represented by a 4-meter-high female and her baby, as well as the skeletal skull of a male.

Get ready to shiver at the sight of the Smilodons (saber-toothed tigers) and the Cave Bear!

Not forgetting the Megaloceros and the Aurochs, which will leave you speechless with their imposing size!

Children will be able to participate in the ochre painting workshop and the giant crossword puzzle free of charge.
