The members of AMPS, the Saintonge Mineralogy and Paleontology Association, are organizing their annual mineral and fossil fair on October 10th and 11th, 2026, in the community halls of Chaniers, Rue Aliénor d'Aquitaine (behind the Town Hall), from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm without interruption.
Free entry. Children's activities. Envelopes sold to benefit the club. Free raffle for minors with periodic drawings for those still present. Small refreshment stand available.

Game "The Geologist's Great Challenge" to win minerals or fossils.

Around fifteen exhibitors will be happy to answer your questions and present you with minerals from all over the world, each more surprising than the last.
