Wulfenite - Natural minerals and crystals
Wulfenite is a mineral that crystallizes in the tetragonal system and generally occurs as tabular crystals or thin platelets, sometimes as granular masses. Its color varies from orange to orange-red, sometimes yellow or brown. Its hardness on the Mohs scale is 2.5 to 3, which makes it a relatively soft mineral. Wulfenite is a secondary mineral found in oxidized zones of lead deposits. It is appreciated by collectors for its shine and bright colors.
